We can be flexible on start and finish dates.

To enable cleaning to a very high standard, guests are asked not to arrive before 17.00hrs on the day of arrival and leave by 10.00hrs on the day of departure.

Prices
We operate three main seasons, low, mid and high.

LOW SEASON 2012 - £450 per week
4th January - 11th May
29th September  - 21st December

MID SEASON 2012 £550 per week
12th May - 13th July
1st - 28th September

HIGH SEASON £700 per week
14th July - 31st August

Special rates available on request for extended winter lets.

Prices include electricity and gas. Bed linen, bath and beach towels, a “cool-box” and a welcome bottle of wine are provided. A starter bag of firewood will be provided, thereafter logs can be bought  from Anne and David at €10/bag. End of stay cleaning is included and for those staying more than one week, mid stay light cleaning can be arranged at a slight extra cost.

The swimming pool is serviced twice weekly.

The house have Wifi.

We carry the Spanish equivalent of Public Liability insurance. However, it is a condition of booking that all guests must ensure they have adequate private travel insurance.

The owners, David & Anne Ritchie live 15 minutes drive away and can be contacted during your stay for any help you may need.

Deposits
On booking, one third of the total cost of the holiday must be paid as a deposit to secure your booking plus a post dated cheque for the balance rental and refundable damage deposit of £200.00.
